I don’t know if you drink alcohol but most people when they are on holiday drink far far more than they do at home. There will be a cumulative effect.
Think ED and see a doctor as suggested above. He will have heard it all before and may be able to give you a simple answer. Why are you so against it?
Because it is no technical issue. I would go to a doctor IMMEDIATELY if I couldnt get hard at all. The fact that on my last holiday the first day I had sex 3 times resulting all 3 times in cuming tells me the issue isn't mechnical. I had sex resulting in cuming some later days that holiday also. Why go to a doctor then? He will laugh at me when I complain: "I want twice sex every day and cum also twice every day and can only do it 1 time every day". If he doesn't laugh he will send me to a psychologist because clearly there isn't a technical problem.
You say post #3 that something has changed. Get it checked early....you never know. It could be the signs of things to come.
Leaving it until you can’t get hard at all is just silly.
When I came for holiday, I made plans to have one boy in the evening and another in the morning, but those plans rarely worked out and I got only one boy per day.
Now I spend most of my time in Thailand, and when I do a night of bar hopping (between 3 and 5 gogo bars) and don't see a clear hit, I leave it at that and go home alone. I know I have another night the following day, or can come back in a few weeks.
When I first came to Thailand at age 29, I got hard from a glimpse through the open door in X-Boys Bangkok. Now at 38 it takes a bit of foreplay to get hard (but if the boy is fatter or hairier than I like, I don't get hard at all).
Viagra, or rather the Thai generic Sidegra, helped me a lot to speed up that process, and stay harder for longer. https://christianpfc.blogspot.com/20...a-sidegra.html

Thanks. Also good remark about the difference when you live there and when you are on holiday. I feel the pressure that it has to happen now because there is no next week. Next week I am home again. That is why I want 2 times every day. And cum 2 times every day. Which at 47 now is less easy than at 42 when I first went to Thailand. And if it happens once to you, it stays in your mind and each short time I have in the back of my mind "I hope I can get hard for fucking". This adds psychological pressure which maybe so contributes that sometimes now it not gets rock hard. So it's psychological.
I am thinking about Viagra also. But someone made a remark above and said the sex is less good then. Why is that ?
Yes it happens to me as well ,only if I meet stunning boy with a good chemistry between us I would take him to my room sometimes it leeds from ST to LT sometimes all my trip with the same boy, So there are many nights I don't find the right boy and come back alone to my hotel. It's not a bid deal for me I am not a sex addict.

From conversations with boys and girls, the client bangs away too long. While Viagra etc gets you hard, it doesn't help with libido.
From experience, the result can be less satisfying :-(
Regarding blow jobs, I couldn't care less if I never suck a cock for the rest of my life. Them sucking me is where the pleasure is. I only suck as some reciprocation might just keep him more aroused.
As for Viagra (more sensibly, Sidegra), if you have had too much sex, this helps to still get it hard but if you're taking a long time to come after 2 weeks of regular sex, I heard it does absolutely nothing to help that. Well, that's what they tell me.....
Whilst we are on the subject, I am amazed that apparently educated western tourists will just splash out 300 baht for a box of obviously fake Viagra on the beach. Such a poor fake, the box is visibly different when viewed at distance.
Meanwhile, they could buy a box of 4 x 50mg Sidegra from a pharmacy in Sukhumvit for 100 baht. Or less than 200 in Pattaya.
