The difference btw "banned" and "temp.suspended" = "temp.suspended" will be switched to normal status when suspension time will finished (SG got 2 weeks of suspension). "Banned" means: member never will be switched to normal membership again, ban is permanent.
1. Mods don't report to members: they aren't appointed to moderators by election. They were appointed by me and report to me.
2. Words like "long standing member" and "5300 posts, 1866 likes ... sounds like a rather loyal member" have no sense when we are speaking about penalties: "long standing" and "newbies" should be treated equal.
