I will be in Bangkok over Christmas and have been trying to find out [Bangkok Post, The Nation web sites...no info] what are the public holidays during the Thailand election, and which, if any, days are alcohol-free [it rather detracts fron those wonderful Christmas dinners at Chesa].

Does anyone know, or is it decided one day before?
