My list of boys met goes on the "Color Note" app on my phone. Name, where they come from, how it went and tip.
At the end of the trip, I e-mail it to myself and import to Excel.
Both the app version and the Excel version can easily be viewed before or during the next trip as a reminder.
More recently, I have taken to saving screenshots from apps, as a further aid to memory.
