Russians are not stupid. They will have noticed the vaccine was declared safe BEFORE all the tests were done.

Admittedly, now tests are done, I'd be quite happy to take a Russian spec vaccine, just as long as it's not manufactured in any country led by a president who likes poisoning his enemies.
