first time in Chiang Mai, any advice/recommendation

Greeting all, I will be in Chiang Mai for a first time during the first week of October, 2010. I will be there for about 2 weeks, I would like to ask you guys that how is the massage place in CNX differ than the one in BKK ? Also, what is the appropriated tips to give to a masseur for an outcall service ? HisClub do sound nice with lots of boys selection, do they give good service ? Lastly, can you top a boy after a massage ? Thanks
