Poor Old Photo Store
I remember when there was a Kodak or Fugi photo shops were more common than the Family Mart or 7/11 stores. But I guess the digital age has just about killed them. I remember I used to go to one or two on Suriwong a few years ago and they are both gone. I wanted to get a scan of my passport picture page and departure card copied and the photo shops would do it for me. This time I had to go the Thania Plaza just past Patpong in Bangkok. It only took a minute to do and the lady charged me 2 baht. Now I will cross my fingers and hope none of the boys in brown ask for my ID.

In the area
I use the printing shop that's inside the building, almost next to the True shop on Silom - same building as Delifrance, next to the Duke of Wellington pub. I use them for all my personal printing, scanning etc. needs. There's a photography shop there as well, and a food court upstairs. The Nokia and Sony shops are on the ground floor too

2 baht is cheap.
Internet cafes are often good for this kind of thing.
