Any British guy here who wants to help me?

Hey UK guys, I got this message from your country. It must be legit since it is from the UK, no?

Just kidding. But Nigeria is not the only place for a scam, I think.

    1. Try putting that post code into www.streetmap.co.uk. The lottery is operated by Camelot PLC whose HQ is near Watford/Rickmansworth. That non-existent postcode suggests Guildford.

    2. The National Lottery is entered by the puchase of ┬г1 tickets. Who would buy them for you? It is a six balls type lottery. There is no mention of the winning balls.

    3. Technically it is only open to UK residents, but this condition is not checked.

    4. Most British persons would not write "3th". Would Americans?

    5. Camelot run a sophisticated network of dedicated terminals supported by one of the co-owners, a leading British defence contractor. The idea that they would be using hotmail for e-mail is laughable.

You know it is a scam, don't you? If you follow through you will be asked for administration expenses pending release of the "prize".

GL is actually the postcode for Gloucester - even further away!

Thanks for the correction. I've always thought Gloucestershire a bit dodgy. The kind of area you find Crown Princes and vacuum cleaner designers have sheds in.
