I am 62 now, and began investigating these drugs (Viagra and Cialis) a year or so ago. I think there are arguments pro & con...

For one thing, as Sophocles supposedly said when he was old, "Not wanting sex??! It's a blessing from the gods, to be released from a cruel slavedriver." But, then again, legend says that this Wiser Sophocles met a stunning youth along the road, had an instant amorous tryst, and somehow emerged without his beautiful cloak. :-)

In my case, I mostly wanted to prolong things ("Better living through chemistry!"). And I found that Viagra ("Vitamin V") is really a pill with its heart in the right place. It is (stupidly) marketed in 25, 50, and 100 mg tablets, all at the same price. Many people are quite happy with just 25 or 50, so they buy the 100 size and break it up. At roughly two thousand baht for four pills, it is not cheap -- not if you buy the "real thing."

The thing I like about "Vitamin V" is that it works (for me), and works QUICKLY. It starts working within 30 minutes, and goes on for at least four hours. I have noticed unadvertised lingering effects a day later.

Cialis is more expensive (for me). It costs the same...2000 baht for four pills. But it takes four hours to begin working. But, then again, it continues working for 2-3 days. It's a kinder, gentler drug. But I have never experimented with chopping the pills up. The literature says that one dosage suits all. So that one pill will cost you 500 baht.

I think of them (when I have them around, which I don't right now) as The Guaranteed Hammer and the Weekend Pill.

But, as someone else noted, the very best of them all is a really good-looking young man in your bed! :-)

As to once in a while, I am like Smiles who finds it useless to have some on ignore if you are going to quote them anyway. He actually has no idea what I really believe. There is so much bull shit on this board I would find it hard to believe anything anyone said they believe with out sitting down and talking to them. My amendment to that was it makes no matter to me if God genetics or my over aggressive mother produced who I am, I am happy at who I am whether God dad or my genetic make up likes it or not. I am perfectly happy. Actually who or what created us as we are is irrelevant. I am gay and I am happy with it. I would assume that is all that counts.
