There was an interesting discussion in our office this morning. President Bush has been pushing abstinence as the best way to avoid AIDS. Is his about-to-be-married daughter a virgin, do you think?

And in parts of South Africa virginity is said to cure aids. Baby rape is common place. I wonder why interpol isn't doing something about it.

Surely it's an issue solely for the law enforcement authorities in South Africa, unless a second country national is crossing borders to commit such crimes there.
