This condo is very nice and a bargain.
Very well appointed, comfortable, quiet, 24 hour reception and security.
Large swimming pool. Close to all the fun.
The photos dont do it justice . I will certainly stay there again. Its quite spacious

I wonder if the Thai gang is inclusive ... :-) Nevertheless, some faces look familiar.
Hope you are charging the ones sat on the floor rent!

Well, there is still vacancy for 4 weeks commencing 15th March 2008.
The reason electricity is not included in the price, honey, is because of the by-laws of the condos, which state that electricity is payable by the consumer to the electricity department, which is obvious enough. It does not end up in my bulging pockets, Pet.
It is PRECISELY to stop people charging more for electricity than the metered rate!
Furthermore, if a tenant wants the air=con blasting 24/7, that is their choice. Not that it is needed in a sea front building with those lovely breezes.
And in closing, the floor attendant on the floor keeps a watch over the place and he takes responsibility for numerous issues, including the reading of the meter, of which he is fascinated in, and gives a 100% enthusiasm. He also likes my tips, DEAR.
So is Paul writing (in the post above this one) about TOQ's condo (at 15 thou a month), or his own (at an exorbinant 50 thou a month)? Now I see why TOQ got a bit upset with Paul's original post on the first page.
With one post in the wrong thread it seemed rather OK ... with two it's just confusing ~ and rude ~ to TOQ & others who might be interested in renting his. Why, Paul, do you not start your own thread about your own condo, and let TOQ rent out his own (on a thread he started) in peace?
Cheers ....
PS ... apologies to TOQ for original remarks. You were quite correct in getting upset.
Thank you gentlemen for the bump...
I believe Paul is talking about his condo that the electric is not included. The one Im renting the electric is included.. But I must admit that I cant compete with the "sea front building with those lovely breezes", however the breeze here is quite nice.
Smiles apologies accepted with no harm done..
take care
