"Aussie Value Card" - Thai Air special fares - Aus

A posting on flyer talk says Thai Air has
"Aussie Value Cards" ...here is the discussion about these cards:

Aussie Value Card
Hi All,

Quickly saw an ad in Bangkok Post for Aussie Value Cards...
It suggests one card includes 2 x return Economy flight to MEL or SYD for only THB 23,000.

Sounds too good to be true. This is getting close to Jetstar prices.

Is it really for 2 return trips? Does it include surcharges and taxes?

It said to go to the website for more details but I can't find anything there.

Anyone know more about it?

A good deal at THB 23,000 per card, minimum is a pack of 2 cards,
so THB 46,000 for 2 cards in Y (Economy)BKK to PER/MEL/BNE/SYD.

Available in C (Business Class) for THB 60,000 per card,
so a 2 pack will cost THB 120,000.
