The Bad News

Following several happy years of service to the gay community at large both in Thailand and abroad,
health issues have forced Gay Pattayan and Idaho, his web master, to fold their tents and silently steal away.
We wish to thank everyone for their contributions and their unflagging loyalty to our production, the Weekly Report newsletter.
It has all been a wonderful and rewarding experience to us.

The Good News

However, all is not lost.

We are happy to announce that friends of Gay Pattayan will continue the newsletter production from Pattaya.
They will publish from the web site http://www.pgweeklyreport.com .

The new Weekly Report will be produced every Wednesday starting January 24.
Please do contact the web master at the above address and sign up for it.

If you wish to send material to the web master for inclusion in the report.
Please submit the material to pgweeklyreport@yahoo.com.au .

Copy is requested to be submitted no later than 8:00 pm every Tuesday.

Images/graphics should be in .jpg or .gif format, preferably no larger than 6 inches by 6 inches, and a resolution of not more than 200 dpi.
Text copy can be submitted as .txt, .doc, or as straight e-mails.

Remember, the Weekly Report should appear this Wednesday, on a continuing basis.
Thus fulfilling Gay Pattayan's expressed hope that it would continue, and we hope flourish.

Weekly Report 31st Jan 2007...

A total of 136,901 baht has been received into the Fund, and some monies have already been reimbursed for Allen's medical bills.
Details of individual donations are available by contacting Brian Boxer, or Wally at Thais4Life.
Several major fund raising events are to be held in early February for Allen, see the full report.

Another week where there's not enough happening in Pattaya so it's up to Bangkok events to fill in the space. And although the headline says "Weekly Report on Thailand" there's nothing on Phuket or Chiang Mai (and never has been in any edition I've bothered to read)
