I can see it now:

A gaggle of Pattaya call-boys tripping over themselves as they dash from the refrigerator (beer in hand) out to the swimming pool for a day of sexual frolicking - while their farang host sits an hour away in a dentist chair being told to avoid putting anything hard in his mouth for a while. What's wrong with this picture???

Maybe you should consider just getting your teeth fixed at home...pick up a few rent-boys in PTY... and find a small bungalow on an island somewhere to enjoy yourself. Just a thought.
