If I was the owner of the bar where this is going on - assuming it's in just one bar - I'd fire whoever is trying to do that. All I can see it accomplishing is driving away customers.
When I am fortunate enough to find a boy who has been extra special, he certainly gets an extra special tip. But asking for 6000 baht before even leaving the bar? That's one bar I'd be alone when leaving, never to return.
I am curious about one thing, though. If a boy tells me he wants 6000 baht, then I'd at least want to know what he intends to do to earn it . . .
