I want him in prison for a year

Do you really think there is much of a chance of that happening? I agree with latinopxxx. You need to let it go and move on. You seem to be obsessed with finding this guy and seeing him punished. I think most, if not all, of us have had incidents in our lives that infuriated us and we wanted revenge that simply wasn't going to happen. But few of us have let it eat us alive to this extent.

Did he really steal that much from you to make revenge worthwhile? I have a feeling for you it is more of feeling humiliated because he got away with tricking you. I hope you chalk it up to 'lesson learned' and move on and just forget about getting even with him.
