English language lessons. Recommendations??

I have convinced a Thai friend that it would be to his advantage to better his English language skills. Does anybody here have recommendations for English-language schools in Pattaya. I have noticed a few around town, but have no experience in this regard to choose the right one for him.

From my experience with Thai and Chinese language schools, I guess they are all pretty much the same and I would choose by convenience (location, times, availability of courses).

But I think the problem lies here: "I have convinced a Thai friend..." I have met many who learnt good English from their own accord, from the internet (yes, you can use mobile phone to study!), who did not need to be convinced, nor to go to school, to learn English.
