Just came back from Bangkok, note that many establishments are no longer operating. Though a couple are still going strong.

If you limit yourself to that area-then just toss a coin-or walk around the block-that is not overly far/great. With such a vague question and not giving any interest you will only get vague answers. In 2 weeks time you do not even need to visit 1/day to cover them all (I guess, from far away now)
If you want/dare to venture outside, then read christian, the well-known other forum for some recent and very detailed visits (incl some msg shops) or the not-well-known anymore but still good site of thaimassageboy.com.
