Real Estate scene in Jomtien/Pattaya?

Anybody here know, is there a Farang real estate investor scene in Jomtien/Pattaya at all? I'm aware of Pattaya Rotary and a few other business groups, but I've never heard specifically of guys who do rehab/remodel/real estate flipping/short term rentals/Airbnb's in the area...is there a business group for that? Thx
