HIV treatment in Thailand

I have a (foreign) friend who wants to retire in Thailand. He is HIV+ and would like to know the treatment options available. Can anyone shed any light on this?

The best place to go is the Red Cross Clinic, close to Ratchadamri. The Wellness Plus Clinic Tel. 0225167115 Ext. 200. The After Hours Clinic operates late afternoon/early evening on Wednesdays and Fridays. Excellent care from qualified and experienced professionals, and the cost of medication supplies is very reasonable. I travel up from Pattaya to the Clinic in Bangkok every six months and am so grateful for their care, and giving me six months supply of medication at each visit.
