Current entry requirements for UK nationals

Am I right in interpreting the F&C office advice re: current entry requirements that no quarantine or tests are required if you possess a vaccination certificate, adequate insurance and the Thai Pass? I am planning a trip to Pattaya this coming winter.

Yes....a Youtube vlogger also claims that Covid Pass applications will receive immediate responses as from 1 June....no more waiting. I hope he's right.
