As I said, I don't know much about the rate, but it should be definitely cheaper than in BKK and no ore than in Manila, so if you're looking for an estimate, it shouldn't cost ore than it did in the PH. No idea about the rate for money boys ,i have always found plenty of young guys who were up for fun without payment. I usually hook up with a couple of regulars and pay for their beer and meals while we are together - it probably saves me money on food at least as they choose where we eat so its almost always somewhere i would not have gone myself and ridiculously cheap.
