I remember an old bar owner friend of mine once telling me he knew when his customers were in their last few years of life as after a lifetime of hard drinking they'd come in and start ordering Gin - and he said the minute he seen that he knew their days were numbered as it usually meant their livers were shot and gin was about all they could stomach any longer..... which now just makes me wonder about myself and my own latest "extreme" purchase !

If that's the case I've been on my death bed for over 20 years since I was about 19.
I guess we're all on our death bed though, so it's technically true.
