Hurt? When somebody shooting own legs, how it may hurt people around? Right now Russia doubling exports for to quadruple profit for sales on the wave of panic.

Today govt here canceled VAT taxation on gold trade. So people are able to exchange rubles/gold freely without loss on VAT. It will pull down and calm currency market panic. Also all exporters from March 1 must sell 80% of foreign currency income at Moscow stock exchange. Meanwhile state central bank key interest rate 20% eliminates speculates from forex games and from heating market. That will give huge inflow and will stabilize ruble shortly - like it was in 2014.

Right now I use western investors panic for to buy cheap Russian shares for 15-20% of prices, but you are under sanctions of own govts - you can't follow my actions.
