about generals: unlike NATO generals from offices, Russian generals really take participation at time of military operations in fields and even piloting aircrafts, so, yes, sometimes they may be killed... there are about 1100 generals in Russian army, so if Ukrainian army will save temp and kill 5 generals every month, after one year they will kill 5.4% generals in Russian army (not really, because they will be substituted).

My point about your foolishness is once again proven. The UN is not a member of NATO, nor is the Secretary General of the UN a member of any NATO body. At best the UN Secretary-General may be calling on NATO. But Russia is a founding member of the UN and has a veto in the UN Security Council.
