As can be seen on the vessel's stern, it is registered in Nassau, Bahamas. As it hasn't "gone dark" (i.e., it's position can be tracked; it is currently off the Tunisian coast between Bizerta and Annaba), I guess it's not owned by a Russian oligarch. If it was, that might be considered worthy of a comment.

The opening lines of the article are: "The United Arab Emirates has started shipping rare cargoes of oil toward Europe, where crude buyers are snubbing imports from Russia in the wake of the nation’s invasion of Ukraine."

The oil isn't being "sent" - it is being shipped because it has been bought. So what point are you trying to make about the vessel's unfortunate name in the circumstances?
