Thanks. If however, after the pass has been granted, you find that the flight is fully-booked; do you have to make a second application?

When I applied for the pass it did NOT require a copy of the actual ticket, just the flight number and arrival time.

I assume the pass is only valid for the flight in question so I would assume that if it’s full (extremely unlikely) then yes you would probably need a new pass.
