The commentator was showing his inexperience of gay areas. Some places he mentioned closed a decade ago!

However at 0.53 of the video there is a shot of XBoys. Looks like it may be a thing of the past. Look carefully at the Frontage. The name is gone.

The same with the big sign as he enters Boyztown. Covered in a tarpaulin. Let’s hope that is temporary.

PJo is a great youtuber who goes out of his way to video different sections of Pattaya. He's hilarious and fun to watch. Everything Pattaya is another youtuber who videos tons of options on condo rentals and life in Pattaya. Both guys produce interesting and fun content. Hats off as they've found a bit of a niche to while away the hours until better times resume. I hope they are making a few bucks as well for all their efforts. Both are well worth the time to watch especially if you are pining for a return visit. Thanks PJo and EP!

As per FaceBook they've just recently re-opened X-Boys premises as a restaurant (temporarily?).

In their video on FB you can see the X-Boys sign is only just lightly papered over, so possibly (hopefully) just a temporary measure while they're running it as a restaurant / waiting for bar re-openings.
