For the avoidance of doubt, I'm referring to the Head of State of Canada (etc), ie Elizabeth.

Whilst she dresses conservatively, I'm fairly confident she will not be concealing any tattoos. If she had tattoos, perhaps it would slightly change attitudes in certain circles.

Too much tattoos is not so nice. But I love the boys with some. The natural boys from the villages have often tattoos.
