Thing is, if she happened to be a cute 20 year old guy, then I'd be all for that. Hell, I'd be paying his boss for him to take the rest of the day off while we got a hotel room together, haha. That unfortunately wasn't the case though.

3 USD = 100 Baht which is the typical cost of haircut in Pattaya.

The hairdresser I used to frequent before Covid in Bangkok does haircut and shaving for 70 THB. 100 THB are tourist prices.

In 2020 I had a hair cut for 2000 Kyat in Myanmar. At today's exchange rates, it is 84 pence or 38.5 baht.

A friend recommended India for a haircut for less than 1 USD. I never thought of Myanmar because my stays were all just one week, but next time I will get a haircut in Myanmar!

Addendum: Wait, you mean 0.84 GBP, not 0.84 USD? That's still slightly above my aspiration, but getting closer.

100 Baht may be tourist prices but that is what all the Thai boys I know pay for haircuts in Pattaya.
