The pharmacies on Rama 4 road across Chula Hospital. They have Sidegra (the Thai generic, 4 x 100 mg for 180 THB), I don't know about genuine Viagra. I wrote about places and prices in my blog:

In Cambodia, the Indian generic Zeagra is sold in supermarkets, 4 x 100 mg for about 1.50 USD.

I don't know if this pharmacy has survived Covid or not but it is across the street from Tawan, around the corner from Tartawan Hotel. I have used this shop for years. Ask for quietly when no one else is in the shop.
No need to even ask quietly, they could care less as I think half of Bangkok uses that shopIf / when ordering by the box load they'll make a quick phone call and the motorbike will be there within minutes with your purchase. I've used them for years too and just the one time I bought stuff that basically didn't work and I think was probably fake, but they were as surprised as I was and swapped it for something different immediately without question - although the speed of the switch did always leave me wondering as to the authenticity of all the other stuff I'd bought - but it worked so I cant say I cared.
And if the chemist isn't around be sure to.....Cialis: a lovely girl; works round the back.

I've never understood this whole viagra thing.
If your junk stops working, isn't that a sign your body is telling you to slow down, and you don't need to do it twice a day anymore? I guess you guys just ignore what your body is telling you, and instead decide to pump your bodies full of chemicals to keep going?
I definitely don't have an ED problem yet, so not sure how I'll handle it in the future if it ever comes up, but I think I'd probably listen to what my body is telling me. Maybe there's something I'm not understanding here though.

Yeah, I'm not saying there's something I don't understand.
It's just I'm the type of guy who's unwilling to even take aspirin for a headache, so the thought of pumping my body full of chemicals just to get an erection perplexes me a little. I simply don't put drugs into my body, and am a firm believer in letting my immunte system work as its intended. Minus vaccines, of course.
On the flip side, I drink alcohol like a fish, so go figure...
