Quarantine-free travel for vaccinated travellers to Amber List countries

The UK has announced an intention to allow travel from countries on the UK’s “Amber List” (this currently includes Thailand) “later this year” - https://www.independent.co.uk/travel...-b1872360.html

Presumably this requires a so-called vaccination passport as proof of vaccination. Last time this proposal was discussed at length on the Forum, Matt advised (supported as I recall by bkkguy) that he’d be able to make forgeries available on the Dark Web PDQ.

Isn’t that statement is a little misleading?

Travel IS currently allowed from countries on the Amber List.

The suggestion is that the requirement for home quarantine may be waived. That’s all.
