You gotta luv the newest of the Trolls tactics.

1) Post a new topic as a "New Member" (using another alias moniker of course)
2) Makes sure that the content of the post is so ridiculous that it will draw negative feedback.
3) Use that negative feedback to support bogus claims that new member's are being discouraged from posting on Sawatdee.

Take a look at the recent post about "LGBT and Buddhism" posted by a supposed new member. The OP (I'll let you figure out who it is) jumped the gun and started complaining about members being negative about his post - before members even started to get negative. Opps...just too funny!

My solution to this childish behavior is to simply use the "Ignore" option again. Works like a charm.

One way to encourage genuine new members might be to set their accounts up with a standard "ignore" list so they don't see all the output from the trolls. If anyone cares about getting some genuine new members.
