I'm sure a lot of the regulars are back home in Cambodia & Laos. I know some specific examples.

However, from experience during the winter, there were still some boys from Cambodia and Laos in Pattaya. Fewer boys, fewer customers & the net result was no difficulty in hooking up. A quick look on the phone apps suggests that's still the case.

Back in January, when massage shops were strictly supposed to be closed, I had no problem finding a massage in that area OR down in Jomtien.
Some were openly trading.
Others had the roller shutter door half open and boys loitering around ready to approach any likely customers.
