We already discussed it2 times. Why you bring it again? Here are 2 numbers about COVID: "died from COVID" reported daily by ministry of healthcare, and "deaths related to COVID" from Rosstat reported monthly with one month delay. Second number is usually up to twice bigger than first.

And speaking about "third", it is stupid comparation which doesn't take in account size of population. 225000 means 1562 per 1 million.

Russia with 1562 is on 19th row if count what all other countries also reports "deaths related to COVID".
