Thank you JB. It’s not over yet! I still need to finish the Certificate of Entry (Part 2) and do the various tests to be allowed to fly. Plus a mountain of paperwork to be sent to the hotel for the quarantine.

I received my visa just before lunch. Applied for COE part 1 just after lunch. Part 1 was approved and I applied for part 2 later the same day, then received the COE at about 22:00 on the same day as getting the visa.
I think the RT-PCR test is slightly more risky, as it's relying on the service provider delivering and me passing the test.
