So you expect everyone who gets Kovid to go self isolate at the hospital?
With another high of 1767 cases today, don't think the hospitals are setup for hundreds of thousands of people to live there for a couple weeks while they self isolate.
Perhaps you should read the local newspapers online before you post anything more.

Tweet from today’s Pattaya News: “Bangkok Governor tours #Bangkok arena in Nong Chok today which has been converted to a field hospital for Covid-19 patients. In Thailand, even if asymptomatic, one cannot self isolate at home and must remain under medical care or supervision.”

And says hospitals are so scarce on resources they're now asking for donations from the public, and doctors say this mandatory admitance law is absolutely unrealistic, which it is. Considering everything, Thailand probably hasn't even started their outbreak yet. Wait a few more weeks, then they'll really be in the thick of things.
Sucks to say, but cat's out of the bag now, so containment is no longer going to happen. Time for mitigation.
