Exactly. It isn't possible in this area. Not only gay but straight also - no one gogo around.

There is a straight Gogo bar almost opposite the beach side exit from Jomtien complex.

This does not stop people repeating the no gogo bars story every few weeks.

A zoning issue has not prevented The Venue from staging shows somewhat related to Gogo bars. Also why does that str gogo remain open ?. I’ve walked past it many times but can’t recall anyone entering. I wish I had asked one or more of the Complex business owners if they had the answer.

Guys, history of Jomtien complex is longer than 15 years. And still no one go-go. Do you think all formerly and current owners just avoids go-go format by morale reason?

The show at the Venue is no way related to a gogo bar..Monty had a showbar in the complex years ago. Also an american guy had a go go bar there called Rock hard boys.

Well I think it remains a mystery why a gay Gogo bar has not prospered in the Complex. Did Rock Hard Boys close for commercial reasons or because of some local regulation ?. I’m sure morals has nothing to do with it - this area is part of Pattaya which could be the largest brothel in the world (unless someone knows different) !

Its not that one hasn't prospered DaveUK, it's that NONE have ever been given permission to open there due to zoning laws that were put in place ( I presume) when the centre / area was first built up as it was intended to be more tame / residential . normal bar area rather than an extension of the main Pattaya "red light" district - but someone can correct me if I'm wrong about that.
