Technically, I would suggest Russia did invade the Crimea. However, as you say, the Crimea was traditionally part of Russia until Kruschev reassigned it to Ukraine, when Ukraine was still part of the USSR. That mistake was not corrected when the USSR broke up & the majority of the Crimean population want to be part of Russia.Originally Posted by Moses
I see Russia has some local elections now. I wonder if that's why Putin is so keen to make it look like Russia is leading the way with vaccine licensing ? When in reality he's just made it available before the phase 3 trial.
