Not exactly, as was also noted in the link you posted, the boys working there (and providing sexual services for money), were under 18.

Or they said they were, looks more like someone wasn't paying up on time....or just to the right people perhaps......but sex massage services happening in our very own in Thailand - I mean who knew eh !
this whole thing is just a game - it is a win for everyone, except of course for the people arrested in the raid
- the Ronnasit Foundation is seen to be doing their job in fighting against human trafficking, and thus can continue to get funding
- the Bangkok Post and other news and forum sites get traffic to their web sites from the sensational headline, and hence ad revenue
- the local administrative, licensing and law enforcement agencies think they are seen to be doing their job
the foundation probably comes out best in this game, as for the rest - every Thai man, woman, child and their dog, and every expat, sexpat and sex tourist knows that the majority of massage venues in every big city, town and moo baan are fronts for prostitution, and the percentage of such venues offering underage sex are probably greater in venues targeting local Thais than those targeting "aliens", and these venues continue to operate because of corruption
why does this even rate as news worth discussing here?
I can’t even be bothered to be apathetic these days!
pity she got involved with underage guys...so silly...apart from that have to say she has a great work ethic, really drumming up business...instead of sitting on her butt all day gossiping she was out there actively selling her wares and even better displaying the goods...
