There was a group of bars on the Day-Nite Plaza. I don't see World Boys (and later there was World Boys I and II). It was there a first met Rose (later mamasan at Funny Boys 2). Funny Boys first opened in Day - Nite and later added Funny Boys 2 in BT. Funny Boys 2 became just Funny Boys when bought by Panorama I believe.

Thats agreat job indeed. Not wanting to settle you up with even more, but it would have been informative to quote the yrs when they were (approxx.) operating-or perhaps just (as you said it mainly comes from old Spartacus) the yrs of publications (often years behind actual closing though).
There si certainly 1 missing/not mentioned as I have some specific good memories from it:
FILOU (a german/berlin slang name for a young guy doing naughty things) in Sunee, for maybe 2 years shortly before 2000/2001. Bar beer, open terrrace and enclosed inside, as so many bars there. Run by an elder german gentleman. Must have the namecard at home, as I explained before will not be back home before march. But it may also have used another name, probably also german sounding.

Siren Bar - I may have missed it but I don't think anyone has mentioned the gay part of Siren Bar located at the beginning of Walking Street beside the old pier. Most of it was lady bars but there were 2 gay bars towards the back. In the middle was a muay thai boxing ring which featured amateur boxers...some quite young. One of the owners of a gay section was Pim(?) who later became the owner of the green chair bar in Sunee. If you walked past the beer bars you came to a restaurant over looking Pattaya bay.

Seeing so many different maps and different bar names already: Not all bar names are written right (so probably also not by me) and locations of bars are sometimes not well placed on maps. But as long as we get very close to perfect, it's ok. There was only 1 Nok Nok, a 2nd one I could not have survived, great To find the years of opening and closing is even a more demanding task than "just" names and locations. So when the years come by, I'll add them later. Filou is on the list, as it's name is Le Filou. Siren Bar is on the list. Thanks all for contributing, we'll get there

The Siren bar did indeed have two bars (now girlie bars) at the rear of the shed. Mama Pai (from the current Sunee Plaza bar) and Lek from the bar round the corner from Pai's current bar, worked the two bars. There were indeed only two gay bars there in those days, the rest catering for breeders.

“Wild West Boys” had an earlier existence before moving to the large and now empty building on Soi 2. That venue was originally “Wild West Girls” which changed its name to “Wild West Boys” and kept many of the interior fittings and a lot of the exterior stuff as well.

The original “Wild West Boys” was a small narrow bar but I can’t remember exactly where but it was in the Pattayaland area. It closed very quickly and moved to its much larger premises. I knew one of the Go Go Boys well and one of the guys who danced in the show. I used to sit with them in their changing room which was great fun. Sadly the bar went into a swift decline and is now a sad looking empty hulk.

They moved to the bigger unit opposite the street. Could not have been more than 10 meters away. The reason that they SEEMED to do so well, is because they paid the boys much more than the standard. If memory serves me right, it was 10k per month. They must have had 40 or 50 boys at the beginning and that brought in the customers. I use the word "customers" very loosely because most were literally sitting on their money.

That's a whole different topic, though.

It was near the corner of Pattayaland 2, I believe. Very narrow! The guys used to appear on the stage for dancing via a fireman's pole. Yes, really.

Glad someone else remembers it. I think it was on the other side of the small Soi almost opposite the now closed Vassa Bar. I was taken there by a guy who had worked at "Tai Boys Boys" which had just closed. (Why did they spell it "Tai"?).

I believe the bar with the fireman's pole was Kawaii or its predecessor at that location?
