During foreplay, I sometimes get into situation that would lead to bareback, and from those situations I conclude that about 1 out of 4 of my sexual partners would be open to bareback.
There are three things to consider:
HIV: protection by condom. I don't know anyone who has HIV. I don't take PrEP and I don't know anyone who takes PrEP.
Other STIs: condom protects here as well.
(Pregnancy not an issue for gays).
And third, about 1 out of 10 cases I fuck someone, afterwards I have traces of soft brown matter on my condom. And it's not chocolate. A Farang friend never did and will never do fucking (either way) and once told me that that (possibility of such things happening) is what totally puts him off fucking.
