I hope not. Taking a trip upstairs was quite fun...

Almost certainly not. The guy spent a bit of money refurbishing the place so it's a good bet he knows what he's doing business wise.
It's low season so they've probably taken the opportunity to visit the local attractions such as Flower Land or Pattaya Sheep Farm. They might look like rough trade but those boys just love their flowers.
