I can only suggest you look at the two main aggregator sites, DD Property and Hipflat. Finding a reliable, English-speaking, ethical real estate agent will be a challenge. You're better off asking that sort of question over on ThaiVisa, but you'll run the whole gamut of opinions from those who'll tell you never ever to buy a condo to those who swear by it.
