Offing Waiters at Jupiter and Elsewhere

During my last visit to the new Jupiter on Soi 4, I saw several very attractive waiters who were wearing numbers.

I suppose this indicates that they are available for offing. What are the procedures for offing them? Are they available for immediate offering, or must the customer wait until their shifts have ended?

Also, it is possible to get a little better look at the waiters before offing? In particular, I do NOT like a lot of tattoos. Would it be possible to ask the guys to take off their shirts for a better look?

Any information/advice would be appreciated...

Normally you'd assume they'll take anything off for a better look - providing you're tipping enough, but Jupiter has always been a bit of a law unto itself, so who knows?
