I accept that the different people's decided they didn't like the word Eskimo but did like the word Inuit. However in terms of stigma and history it doesn't compare to the words we've all agreed (I hope) have no place here. It's still used on ice cream bars and sports teams even if it makes the Inuit a little miffed.

True and in that context it wasn't that long ago* that the Thais re-branded a very popular brand of toothpaste "Darlie". The logo remained the same, so the original branding is still blatantly obvious
