With reference to the OP...
I previously attended Chanya medical clinic in Jomtien with a UTI.
It is located on Jomtien Second Road near the junction with Thappraya Road.
The cost of the consultation, antibiotic injection and 5 day course of antibiotics (Ciprofloxacin) was 600 baht.

I can thoroughly recommend Dr. Mongkol across the road from the Jomtien Complex in the square where the buses depart for the airport. The clinic is in the corner of the square. I was bitten by something (or someone with a pass key) in the Cafe Royale some years ago and my leg needed an urgent repair job. He was superb. Worked in the USA during his career.

Of course the cost was 3000 baht, but I decided to throw the 10 minute HIV test in there while I was at it.

Well, get another HIV test when you get home - if you were unfortunate enough to pick that up at the same time (and let's hope you weren't) it's won't have shown on a test taken just a few days later.
It's too late now but PEP taken within 72 hours after possible exposure to HIV is very effective (not 100% tho)
