I'm not sure where he learnt his craft, but there is currently a Thai masseur operating in Hammersmith who will massage absolutely everywhere.

The range of masseurs ebbs & flows.
I remember one operating in a town north of London who did a very professional massage, would strip off (after a few visits) and offer a just about the best happy ending. Then he just would not take any extra money for that. Unfortunately, he's gone back to Thailand.
