Do you get these? I get them every so often. They are quite annoying and when they do happen they are quite intense for a few minutes after finishing. These headaches are rather like a very bad ice cream headache ... in about the same place (I.e. the forehead).
My sex headaches do not happen everytime. I can go for months on end without experiencing one.
Suphot gets them once in awhile as well, which makes me think they are rather universal, with few people bothering to look into possibly related medical issues. Given that an orgasm relates first of all to a rush of blood to the penis to build an erection, and the stimulation of the nerves in the penis, I'm not surprised there's a connection to the brain. The body doesn't manufacture extra blood so where one part gains from the blood supply, other parts lose out, temporarily. It can but (and I can only speak for myself) I've not found it to be intermittent in its side effects

Assuming it's a heart attack that finishes you off. It might be a stroke that leaves you incapacitated, and given that the pain is in the head rather than the heart that is the likelier outcome
