I'm almost scared to admit that I didn't actually select the number of X's to match to or relate to any particular word - all purely random I'm afraid ! I almost wish I had of now - and then added 6 extra X's in along the way just for fun to really XXXX people up :-) But well done for getting there and completing the (non) puzzle in the end anyway it seems ! :-)

It's not even a story anymore. It's just pointless, infuriating drivel.
It never was a story. Smiles made up an inane headline "your old man" which he apparently meant to refer to his boyfriend (I'd have through Smiles the "old man" in that relationship), cdnmatt in his usual millennial way made it all about himself, and it's been downhill ever since
